Properties that are rented for 6-12 month periods or longer will fall under Long-Term Rentals category. Hawaii Home Properties offers complete management and marketing services for furnished or unfurnished long-term rentals, with management fees based on a percentage of the rental rates collected.

Real Estate Management is important but often overlooked aspect of owning a second home or vacation home in Hawaii, and it is designed for properties that are not rented and/or frequently left vacant.
